    This policy applies to anyone who visits the Site, regardless of their geographic location; we apply the GDPR as our reference standard for processing personal data in all cases.

    We collect the following categories of personal data:

    • Contact and identification data: name, job title, company, email address and phone number, when you provide them voluntarily through contact forms, demo requests or newsletter sign-ups.

    The Site does not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not retain visitors' browsing data. We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, ethnic origin, etc.) through the Site.

    3. How we use the information

    We use personal data to:

    • Respond to contact requests, demo requests or enquiries about Factic Brain.
    • Manage the commercial relationship with customers and prospects.
    • Send informational or commercial communications and newsletters, provided you have given your consent or a prior relationship exists (legitimate interest), always with an unsubscribe option in every message.
    • Improve the Site and analyse its use through aggregated statistics.
    • Comply with legal and contractual obligations.

    We currently do not use analytics, marketing or CRM tools that involve disclosing data to third parties. The data you provide through contact forms is handled internally by Factic Solutions, S.L.

    Our web hosting provider may have technical access to the data as a processor, under Art. 28 GDPR, and only to the extent necessary to provide the hosting service.

    We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for those third parties' own commercial purposes.

    7. Data retention

    Since we do not use analytics cookies or tracking tools, we do not retain browsing data from Site visitors. The data you voluntarily provide through contact forms is kept for as long as a commercial relationship or interest in Factic exists and, once it ends, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (generally up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes). Data collected for marketing purposes is kept until you withdraw your consent.

    8. International transfers

    We currently do not carry out international transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, as we do not use third-party providers that would involve such a transfer. If we engage services located outside the EEA in the future, we will ensure the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

    The Site is aimed at a professional and business (B2B) audience and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.
